Val d’Gastraran 1 (Half Day)

Caviar made at 1,200 meters above the sea level? Artisan beer made with crystal clear water from the Pyrenees? Asian-Aragonese fusion cuisine in an old roadside restaurant and, to top it all, paired with wine? A tasting of artisan sausages, cheeses or foie gras made with the same techniques as a hundred years ago? Welcome to the Ikusnahi’s  Val d’Gastraran.

We propose a culinary excursion through the Val d’Aran to discover secrets, dismantle some clichés and discover the new gastronomic trends in the area. We will see a lot of local production, we will taste beers with Refu's friends, we will snack and, above all, we will chat with the people who make all this possible. Requirements? Open mind and half empty stomach.
