Three Days Food & Wine


Day 1     

San Sebastian Sightseeing and Pintxos

A walk through San Sebastián from East to West, climbing a mountain, crossing a river, getting to know its architecture, its geography, the secrets of its history and ‘cool,’ as well as its authenticity. There will be pintxos and an in-depth course on how to roll like a local in the beloved Basque bars.


Day 2

Saveurs of the French Basque Country

Gourmet' is a French word because our neighbors to the north know something about eating (well) and drinking (very well). We go to Gaul to have a few things explained to us about their national treasures. Namely: cheeses, wines, charcuterie and The Good Life in general. We’ll end the day in Hondarribia with some pintxos. Nothing can go wrong.


Day 3     

Day in la Rioja

Villages and wines. Wines and villages. It’s all about visiting some and drinking the others. There’s a bit of everything: medieval villages enclosed behind walls, young and daring wines, the longest river in Spain and a typical Riojan meal consisting of four dishes and designed to be paired with a local wine. You can’t go wrong with a plan like this.
