Eat, Drink, Discover in Pallars

Pyrenean wood smoked trout? Yes. Villages far from the madding crowd? As well. High mountain roads? A few. A beer made by young people who chose to stay in their homeland? We will meet them. The only National Park in Catalonia? We will knock on its door. 

We will escape Val d'Aran and go to the domains of Pallars. This neighboring territory that hides behind the port of Bonaigua. And unlike Val d’Aran, it is less exploited by                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               tourism due to its (relative) geographic isolation. In short: we travel to the deep Pyrenees (and we do it in a Premium van, of course).
